License Agreement
Ñ Ruff Cuts typefaces are created to be used for printed materials such as brochures, ads and logos, or other objects created for retail sale. We are always interested in the possible licensing of our fonts for use in other ways. Please write or fax your ideas.
Ñ The purchaser may make one back-up copy of each disk. All copies are to remain in
the possession of the purchaser under the same terms as the original disk. Each diskette purchased is meant for one user only.
Ñ If the Ruff Cuts Software Product is modified or included in any other software product, this license is terminated and you agree to remove the Ruff Cuts software product or any portion of it from the modified program and return it to Canale Studio, Inc.
Ñ Canale Studio Inc. reserves the right to terminate this license upon breach.
Upon termination, you will be required to return all copies of this Ruff Cuts Software Package to Canale Studio, Inc.
Ñ All contents of the Ruff Cuts software is protected by copyrights registered and owned
by Canale Studio, Inc. The purchase of this software does not, in any way, transfer any
ownership or rights to contents, in whole or in part, to the purchaser.
Ñ The content of any Ruff Cuts software may not be used in whole or in part in another
clip art, font or stock design product.
Ñ Acceptance, purchase or use of this software, in whole or in part, indicates user╒s
understanding and acceptance of this agreement.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
If you experience a problem with your Ruff Cuts Diskette(s), let us know within
10 days of delivery. You can return your disk for exchange on an identical product only.
No credits or refunds, regardless of circumstance. Ruff Cuts will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect or use of Ruff Cuts software. Ruff Cuts makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the products fitness for any particular purpose or use.
Any return must be because of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipment and be made to Canale Studio, Inc. Product cannot be returned because of defect due to abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
